For in-store purchases, you have 10 days to return your purchase for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping fees are not refundable if applicable. We also offer an exchange for store credit only within 30 days. All sales are final after 30 days. No exchange or refund will be given for jewelry that has been worn, altered, or damaged
